Interesting system

This would make an interesting random-encounter type of ship. It seems very roll-on-this-table oriented. What is the purpose of this, anyways?

Pakleds

To simulate Starships used by the Pakleds, those slow-witted scavengers seen in TNG's The Samaritan Snare. They have cobbled together, uneven ships, and Challenge Magazine had a scenario and FASA Random Ship Generator for them.
