As a side note, I've done a standard tourny Lord Marshal SSD and sent it to Dave. I like this hybrid ship (HB and Fusions).
In our FTF games our fusions are 2 pts standard, 4 points OL and 6 suicide OL. The suicide OL destroys the fusion box, but does not do an additional internal.
I do like the shorthand box for the weapons you've added
That said, the Hellbore description needs improvement. It does Dmg/(1+n) to the weakest shields, where n is the number of weakest shields. This does come into play often enough that it should be stated that way.
Otherwise, awesome job the SSDs! I like the lines.

About the Dragoon, though; should she not have nine APRs (three in each side group, each replacing one fighter box on the original Ranger class), and total power 43?
Also, I've got her BPV listed as 148 (130 for the basic Dragoon, plus 18 for the "+" refit), plus another 30 for her fighters. Has this changed?
All the SSDs that IKV Avenger posts are his own modifications and not official ships. They are usually pretty close to the original, but he uses a lot of house rules and tweaks things here and there for his own use. So please keep this in mind when looking at all the pretty SSDs he posts; they are not necessarily the official designs.

There's a problem
There's a problem with the Ranger.
The sheet shows 9 fighters, but the SSD only shows 3. Somewhere you need to throw on the other 6 fighters to the SSD.

The ship performance box
The ship performance box lists the TLM @ 41 power. This is incorrect and an oversight on my part. The ship itself has the correct 40 power.
