I've received the emails about the E23 downloads going around and it's a very cool idea. I'd like to get the Master Rule book as it has a lot of things I don't currently have right now. But I'm afraid I can't drop the $50 for it. So, I figured I'd put some feelers out to see if anyone has the hard copy they'd like to sell a good price. I have a "silver anniversary"
I have a "silver anniversary" master rule book. I do know what "version" it is (I understand from others that there may have been several), but mine is the one from 2004. If this is what you are looking for, myself having purchased the electronic version, I no longer have a need for my old copy. You can use my contact link to email me. I have no reason to think it is not in good condition and complete, but I make no guarantees. I should say that differently, I know it is in excellent condition. As for completeness, it is in the same binder I put it in after purchase, but I cannot guarantee that something is not missing, though I have no reason to think that is the case. The version I bought was the separated, hole-punch version.
